Arabic food and bar – Asa Sul - Águas Claras
Libanus has more than 30 years and it serves a really good Lebanese cuisine with a touch of Brazil to some of the dishes. It’s a restaurant as well as a bar so, nothing fancy. Just the tradicional “quadra” from plano piloto corner with good food. Its crowded, usually very crowded, so it is for times of seen people mood, specially from happy hour on. Prices are very fair.
Beer is always cold (regular Brazilian labels only), service usually has quality since a lot of the waiters are there for a very long time. For food I would recommend any of the “combinados árabes” a mix of arabic specialities, or my favourite: File a Tropical, pieces of mignon mixed with melted cheese inside a carved pineapple, it also comes with fries, arroz á grega (pilaf) and farofa. Take notice that all meals are served voluptuously. It’s a good place for a happy hour in Asa Sul.
PS. There is also a new unit in Águas Claras.
