Teta Cheese Bar – More than a Bar

If you like cheese, a great wine, beer and a wonderful atmosphere, Teta Cheese Bar is THE place for you. Located in CLS 103 in Asa Sul it is in a very central spot for everybody in Brasilia.

Teta Cheese Bar is a small bar with indoor and outdoor seating. We recommend that you make a reservation outside under a magnificent tree. The menu is mostly what you expect in a bar; hamburgers, sandwiches, steaks, etc. But try the different cheese platters. That it what this place is famous for. When we went there, we reordered several off them.

And it is no secret that one former French diplomat went there anytime she felt homesick. What better recommendation!

But Teta Cheese Bar is more than a bar; they sell Brazilian artisan cheeses from all over Brazil, and it is no wonder that it is a popular place for the French expat community.
