There is a really cool German bar in Asa Norte called Whiskeria Berlim. It is located in CLN 408 and serves some great German food. It is a small cosy place with outside seating and the waiter is arguably one of the best in Brasilia.
On their menu they not only have the traditional German fool like sausages, potato salad, Sauerkraut and fried potatoes with onions, but also a great pork knuckle.
You can also buy a bottle of Whisky and leave it there. They put your name on it and you can consume it whenever you go there.
