Description

Recommendation from the B4D Forum:

“If you are looking for authentic Austrian and German food and don’t mind a little drive, Restaurante Servus is the ideal place for an extended Sunday lunch. (If you wonder about the name, the Austrians use "Servus" as a greeting or to say bye-bye.)

Owned and operated by descendants of Austrian immigrants, Servus is a little oasis of tranquility in the countryside, about 30 km outside of Brasilia.

Currently the restaurant operates only on Sundays from 12:30 to 17:00. It offers a wonderful buffet of Austrian and German favorite foods like sausages, pork knuckle, sauerkraut, goulash, spätzle, different salads, soups. The buffet has a fixed price ("all you can eat"). Delicious deserts are extra.

The restaurant itself is in the middle of nowhere and it is as idyllic as it gets. You can sit inside the restaurant or on the spacious veranda.

There is plenty of room for kids to play and run around; however, they don´t have specific playground equipment. A great circular pool can be used by anybody. (Bring you towels).

It is important that you call ahead and book in advance!”
