Brasilia is a planned city that was built in 5 years. One of the ideas was that each apartment quadra would be self-sufficient and supported by a commercial quadra; pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. While most of this is still valid, some of the commercial quadras have evolved into specialty product quadras.
One of these is the Rua da Informática at CLN 207/208 in Asa Norte. Here you can purchase computers and computer-related products like printers, printer cartridges, laptops, etc. Several of the stores also have PC repair services, and there are also some Apple support stores.
While it is a convenient location, it comes with a cost – literally. The prices are pretty high. Alternatives include the the Feira dos Importados de Brasília, also called the import market or Feira de Paraguai. It is further out, but the prices are much more competitive.
But if you need something in a hurry and/or do not mind the prices, the Rua da Informática is certainly an option.
