Studio Vitalità - Pilates Studio

I would like to recommend the pilates studio Studio Vitalità. Cris, the instructor, is a physical therapist and takes amazing care.

The studio is in the Centro Hípico Lago Sul in Jardim Botânico it a beautiful space, far away from traffic and noise. AND the massage therapist Luciana is also excellent.

I am not sure of their English abilities but know they have had many foreign clients.
