Jardim Café e Bistro is a small coffee shop in CLN 115, Bloco A in Asa Norte. Now one might think that it is just another coffeeshop, but one of the founders was a German and he insisted that not only the coffee is marvelous but also the food is a point of difference to other coffee shops.
You can only sit outside as they do not have any inside seating. But it is very pleasant as the store is located at the back of the commercial quadra, so you are away from the traffic noice.
Besides the many excellent coffees, including traditional Brazilian coffees to cappuccinos, they have a great selection of pastry and cakes.
They also have some great main dishes and one of the favorites is the Almondegas Suecas Ao Crème De Mostarda, or Swedish meatballs in mustard sauce. It is said that it is the exact recipe of the Swedish meatballs IKEA is selling in Europe at their store cafes. Simply divine. Also try they pulled pork with BBQ sauce sandwich.
And the prices are very reasonable, and one can have lunch there, including drinks, for about R$70 reais for two people.
