Das Brot is a German style franchise bakery with shops all over Brazil. The one in Brasilia is located in CLS 215, Asa Sul.
Das Brot in Brasilia does not only sell German style breads, Bretze (Pretzel in English), German pastry and croissants, but they have a coffee shop in which you can German style sandwiches, salads and German hot dogs.
As far as we know all the ingredients are shipped already mixed to the right proportions direct from Germany and are baked at the shops. So the taste of the products is pretty much the same as you would get in Germany.
It is expensive, but if you miss some good bread or pastry it is worth it.
